MAX & ISNOD

Max carries her soul through the delighted ocean of Isnod's electronic amplitudes.....Max and Isnod are a Melbourne based duo comprising of Max (Maxfield) and Isnod (Damian Stephens).

Max is a unique vocalist and multi instrumentalist who has been using her idiosyncratic voice both solo and collaboratively to its full capabilities for the last nine years, encompassing an album release and national touring with her previous band, 'Max and the Little Ensemble'.  With every entrancing performance she takes the listener (and herself) on an intense musical journey.

Take the last century of music, put it into a blender and out pours Isnod, a moody, molasses-smooth mélange of many a music.  He has been performing solo and collaboratively for nearly nine years and in that time has done a variety of things on his musical path, including three solo albums, support for international artists, remixing tunes for a number of folk and commissions for soundscape and soundtrack work.  Isnod is the soundtrack of the fall of the current roman empire. 

They have recently released their first EP, 'Bedroom Demos'.
